Founding Members of a New China–Africa Collaboration Platform

The GA Academy and HC Park delegation participated in the African Diplomats Dream Africa Initiative held in Beijing, bringing together African diplomats, institutional leaders, and strategic partners committed to advancing China–Africa cooperation through diplomacy, education, and innovation.

During the initiative, a formal collaboration framework was established, under which GA Academy and HC Park senior management joined as founding members of a newly created China–Africa platform for collaboration. This platform is designed to serve as a long-term mechanism connecting diplomatic missions, education providers, innovation parks, and industry stakeholders.

Purpose of the Platform

The newly founded China–Africa platform aims to translate diplomatic dialogue into practical, scalable cooperation, with education and talent development as core enablers and industry as the implementation engine.

    Facilitating access for African startups and projects to China through incubation, mentorship, pilot projects, and market-entry support.
